About Third Eye View
Throughout my career, I have worked across executive communities, membership organizations, hospitality, events, marketing, and business development. My experience spans corporate environments, entrepreneurial ventures, and independent consulting, giving me a front-row seat to leadership, relationships, success, and human behavior in all their complexity.
What surprised me most was that the greatest challenges were rarely the work itself. I have always been confident in my ability to perform, deliver, and get things done. Time and again, I found that accomplishing goals, building communities, and creating opportunities was often easier than navigating the complexities of people.
As I became more self-aware, I began to recognize how unresolved fears, insecurities, and personal struggles shape our decisions, relationships, and interactions with others. I became increasingly curious about what exists beneath the surface of our professional achievements, personal relationships, and everyday interactions.
Having spent years building communities and cultivating relationships across diverse industries and social circles, I learned that very few situations are simply black and white. More often, they exist between competing perspectives, opposing truths, and the tension between dark and light.
Rather than focusing solely on appearances or getting caught up in emotional reactions, I try to view situations through a wider lens. Like a bird soaring high above the landscape, distance often reveals patterns, connections, and truths that are difficult to see when we are too close to the situation.
A Bird’s Eye View reveals the landscape. A Third Eye View seeks to understand what shapes it.
What is really happening beneath the surface? What experiences shaped it? What can it teach us about ourselves and one another?
This is a space for deeper reflection, thoughtful conversation, and a more human perspective on modern life.
